General Information
The Totally RAD Foundation’s 2022 Touch-A-Truck will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022, from 9:00am-1:00pm at Trinity Lutheran Church (196 N Ashwood Ave, Ventura).
This popular event allows kids to have fun kicking the tires, honking the horns, and climbing up into the driver’s seat of their favorite trucks and construction vehicles such as an Army truck, dump truck, fire engine, ambulance, police cruiser, SWAT vehicle, can am, motorcycles, and more!

Event Participant Information
Thank you for choosing to participate in the 2022 Touch-A-Truck event! Event hours are 9AM-1PM on Saturday, September 17th, 2022, with vendor setup beginning on Saturday at 8AM.
A few things to note…
• Please be punctual for set up (8:00-8:30 AM) and take down (1:00 PM). Upon arrival, check in at the ticket table and a RAD foundation member will direct you to your designated spot to park your vehicle.
• Please participate fully in the Touch-A-Truck Event. This includes interacting with attendees, remaining at the event until closing and keeping a responsible adult (or person in a position of authority) near your vehicle at all times.
• Note that there will likely not be shade in your designated area. Bring your own canopy, display table, and chairs if you’d like.
• Please refrain from flashing lights or making loud, disturbing noises during our “No Noise Hour” from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM to accommodate our visitors who may have disabilities.
• Please strive to be courteous to all associated with this event, whether staff, volunteer, participants or guests.
• Please make an effort to keep your area neat.
• Please be modest in language and attire. Remember that this is a family event and there will be many children in attendance. Please identify your staff through a uniform if your organization has one.
• Ensure that your organization's contact person is available to the RAD staff at all times, whether in person or by phone.
• GIVEAWAYS ARE WELCOMED AND ENCOURAGED. (examples…stickers, hats, coloring pages, etc)
• No pets are allowed. Licensed service animals only.
• No alcohol or other intoxicants, nor the use of tobacco products are permitted during the event.
• Any incidents or accidents during the event need to be handled by a Totally RAD Foundation member or emergency services personnel. If any issues arise, locate a Totally RAD Foundation member, Paramedic, or a Peace Officer immediately.
• Totally RAD Foundation staff and/or Trinity Lutheran Church may prohibit or terminate any exhibit, demonstration, or activity which creates any condition deemed unsafe for the participants, property, and/or volunteers OR do not conform to the needs, purpose, and/or goals of the Totally RAD Foundation Touch-A-Truck event.
